Jason Felch

Jason Felch is an investigative reporter with the
Los Angeles Times. His work has been honored by Education Writers Association, the National Association of Science Writers, the Society for Environmental Journalism, and others. Previously, Felch was a fellow at the Center for Investigative Reporting and a freelance writer for numerous publications including,
The Washington Post and
The New York Times Magazine. He has an undergraduate degree from Boston College and masters from UC Berkeley. Before entering journalism, he was a teacher and founded an afterschool program for refugee teens in San Francisco. Felch lives in California with his wife and son.
