Kil Huh

Dr. Huh is the Director of Research at Pew Center for the States where he is responsible for managing states’ fiscal research agenda.  Huh has overseen project teams of researchers, policy analysts, journalists and consultants to conceptualize, design and implement research and analysis across 50 states that inform state policy-focused efforts on a wide range of issues including, state tax systems, public sector retirement benefits, economic development and mortgage lending.  He has conducted ground-breaking research on numerous national and state policies.   Huh earned a bachelor of science from New York University and a master’s of philosophy and doctorate of philosophy in urban planning from Columbia University.
