Todd Finnell

Todd Finnell is Vice President of Technology for Imperial Community College District in Southern California.  He is also President-Elect for the California Education Technology Professionals Association (CETPA) and teaches graduate studies in Teacher Education at San Diego State University and serves on numerous local and state committees.  Previously, Finnell served on the Board of Directors for the Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California and as Chief Executive Officer of the California K-12 High Speed Network.   He has served in education as a classroom teacher, counselor, and administrator prior to moving into education technology administration.
