William E. Eggers

William Eggers is an author and global director for Deloitte Research where he responsible for research and thought leadership for Deloitte’s Public Sector industry practice.  He is a former manager of the Texas Performance Review and has advised governments around the world.  His books include, If We Can Put a Man on the Moon: Getting Big Things Done in Government and The Public Innovator’s Playbook.  His writings have won numerous awards, including the Louis Brownlow award, the Sir Anthony Fisher, and Roe Award.  His commentary has appeared in dozens of media outlets including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, and Chicago Tribune.
