Raquel Cisneros serves as Director of Development for ExcelinEd, bringing over two decades of experience in non-profit administration and development.

Previously, Raquel managed a multi-million-dollar financial incentive for the Florida Governor’s Office of Film & Entertainment and worked with international pop artist Romero Britto to install the largest monumental sculpture in London’s Hyde Park history. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Raquel lives in Tallahassee with her long-time partner, Joe, her Abuelita and two rescues Kona and Chapo and spends her spare time cheering for the Tampa Bay Lightning and fostering dogs for the Leon County Humane Society. She is a first-generation college graduate with a BA in Philosophy from Florida State University and an AA from Tallahassee Community College.
