As Program Director, Ellen guides teams to provide stakeholders with consulting programs and strategic direction to spearhead statewide infrastructure initiatives. Ellen also manages the district consultants powering these programs, supporting them with resources and professional development to help them reach career goals.
Ellen is passionate about equity, and has sought roles that apply her program, people, and project management skills to achieve improved outcomes for all students. Previously, Ellen worked as a Partnership Manager at eSpark Learning, overseeing program implementation, analyzing student achievement data, and delivering blended learning professional development for teachers. Ellen holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.
