Hayley Pirrera is a Senior Operations Manager at ExcelinEd. Prior to joining ExcelinEd, Hayley served as a Legislative Liaison in the Office of Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, where she worked closely with lawmakers, state agencies and stakeholders to advance education policy initiatives. She also previously served in the General Assembly, supporting legislative operations and constituent engagement. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
