Heather Hostettler is an Associate Policy Director at ExcelinEd. Before joining the organization, she taught third grade as a Teach for America corps member. She also has experience working in international policy, business, and the banking industry.
Heather is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education in K-12 Educational Leadership and Policy at Vanderbilt University. She holds a Master of Science in Education Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Education, a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Purdue University.
