Kathy Hodges is the Senior Program Director for Planning and Management at ExcelinEd. Prior to her most recent role in Sales Analytics supporting Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Kathy supported the WA State Compensation Technical Working Group in preparation of a report presented to the WA State legislature with recommendations for salary and other working condition changes for K-12 public school employees. Kathy earned an MBA from the Crummer School of Business in Winter Park and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Washington.
