Yolanda Heisler is a Senior Policy Analyst for ExcelinEd. In this role, she supports ExcelinEd’s Literacy policy work.
Yolanda previously worked for the State of Florida in the Executive Office of the Governor as an Analyst in the Office of Policy and Budget. She earned Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Music and a Masters in Applied American Politics and Policy from Florida State University. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, walks, and baking.
